Hipparchus...he's an astronomer

His name was Claudius Hipparchus. He was Born in Nicaea during the year 190 BC. to 120 BC. Hipparchus recorded many of the stars and made an astronomical calender based off the information he had gathered. He also invented a plainisperic astrolabe and was credited with founding trigonometry.he was also geocentric. He contributed many things to the astronomical community but yet he is still somewhat unknown to many people.
